Certification: LEED® Gold EB
How we solved the challenge
Looking to re-certify its 245 Market property, PG&E called in BuildingWise to shepherd the property through the LEED EB process. BuildingWise then persuaded PG&E to go for something even bigger: get the entire headquarters complex—1.6 million square feet spread out over a full city block (but sharing systems operations)—certified. We took on the mission, and in February, 2014, we celebrated their LEED Gold status with them in style.
BuildingWise is also helping PG&E earn multiple LEED certifications for properties never before attempted in the LEED process such as service centers and garages.
