LEED^® Level: Gold EB O&M v3

The 45-acre former Southern California corporate campus of CF Braun Engineering in Alhambra, California consists of almost 950,000 square feet of mixed-use office space that appears as numerous structures above ground but is fully integrated below ground.  The Ratkovich Company engaged BuildingWise to develop a certification approach with the USGBC and then take the building through the LEED for Existing Buildings high performance operations and maintenance certification program.  On October, 31st 2012, the building earned the Gold level of LEED EB: O&M certification, is one of only two LEED certified buildings in the City of Alhambra and the only building certified under the LEED-EB: O&M v2009 rating system.
