LEED® Certification
BuildingWise is committed to the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System™ process and to the development of sustainability programs that deliver real, measurable value, both to the client and to the environment. LEED is a recognized standard and method of evaluation in the United States and internationally. BuildingWise has become a leading global provider of LEED for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB) consulting services and is now breaking new ground with major achievements in Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) and New Construction (LEED-NC) certifications.
BREEAM® Certification
BuildingWise offers BREEAM® (Building Research Environmental Assessment Method) consulting and certification services to clients who seek the internationally recognized assessment and evaluation methodology as an alternative to, or in addition to LEED. Though developed in the United Kingdom, BREEAM has become the foremost international assessment and rating methodology outside of the United States. BuildingWise specializes in BREEAM “In Use”, the equivalent of its Existing Buildings focus domestically. With expertise in both BREEAM and LEED, BuildingWise is in a unique position to align and compare asset performance across multinational client portfolios.
PerformanceWiseSM
PerformanceWiseSM was developed by BuildingWise consultants to analyze a building’s maintenance and operational efficiency in relation to the optimal performance objectives sought on either a property, or an entire portfolio. Though ultimately paving the way for possible LEED or BREEAM certification if a client so desires, PerformanceWise consultations result in a veritable menu of actionable retrofitting strategies. These strategies result in BuildingWise clients being able choose areas in which to concentrate improvement efforts and resources, based on their individual criteria for performance and greatest return on investment. PerformanceWise allows clients who wish not to pursue LEED or BREEAM certifications in the immediate future the opportunity to benefit from improved performance and cost savings ultimately achieved through those processes.
LEED®, BREEAM®, & High-Performance Program Management
BuildingWise offers LEED, BREEAM, and High-Performance Program Management services on a retainer basis. By engaging BuildingWise experts on an ongoing basis to manage LEED, BREEAM and High-Performance achievements and objectives, clients can be assured that their resources are continually being utilized and investments are continuing to see high returns. BuildingWise sees achievement of certifications and high-performance not as events, but as a first step in an ongoing endeavor with continuing yields for clients.
Energy Audits & Energy Analysis
